We work with a small number of brokers, agencies and relocation firms who place the right people in the right houses. Commission is paid on every confirmed booking, and the house is never quoted below the rate you hold.

If you place clients in private houses, or move families into Gloucestershire, we would rather work with you than compete with you. Rate cards, floor plans and a photography library are available on request.
- Villa brokers
- Staffed and unstaffed summer weeksWhole-property bookings of a week or more, staffed on request. Peak summer is released to trade partners first, from September for the following year.
- Luxury travel agents & DMCs
- Short stays and event weeksBadminton, Cheltenham Festival and the Air Tattoo all book early. We hold trade allocations on those dates.
- Lifestyle concierges
- Members wanting the whole houseFour to eight week summer stays for larger parties, with staff arranged. Direct line to the manager on site.
- Relocation management
- Corporate and academic-year letsFurnished, serviced and available from three months. Happy to be added to approved inventory and to host accompanied viewings.
- Estate agents & private offices
- Clients between housesSold and not yet completed, or building. Three months upwards, children in local schools, no furniture to move.
- Corporate mobility teams
- Incoming senior hiresFor employers in Malmesbury, Cirencester, Bristol and Cheltenham. Invoiced to the company where that is easier.
The arrangement
Straightforward terms, paid on time.
Commission rates, deposits and the cancellation scale are set out in the partner pack, which we send on registration. What follows applies to every partner regardless of rate.
- Commission
- Paid on every confirmed bookingOn the accommodation element. Staff, catering, transfers and extras are passed through at cost and are not commissionable. Rates are in the partner pack.
- Longer stays
- A higher rate appliesFor confirmed bookings of four weeks or more, and for relocation lets of three months and over.
- Payment
- Within fourteen days of arrivalNet of commission on receipt, or invoiced by you — whichever your accounts team prefers.
- Rate integrity
- We will not undercut youThe house is never offered direct, or on any platform, below the rate you hold for the same dates.
- Client protection
- Twelve monthsA client you introduce stays yours for a year, including repeat bookings that come to us directly.
- Allocation
- Trade first on peak datesPeak summer and the Christmas blocks are released to partners from September for the following year, ahead of any public listing.
- Site visits
- Welcome, by arrangementYou should see a house before you sell it. Come and stay for a night in the low season.
