The English countryside you came for, with the gates closed behind you.
Stone walls, open fires, a walk across the fields to a market town for lunch. Tormead House is a private Cotswold estate near Tetbury that you rent in full, for your family or group of up to sixteen, with a manager on site to look after the rest.
Why a whole house
A Cotswolds vacation rental, not a block of hotel rooms.
Travelling a long way with family or friends usually means booking six or eight hotel rooms and meeting in the lobby. Here the house is yours: one kitchen, one long table for twelve to sixteen, a bar, a sauna, a gym, a tennis court and seven private acres, with nobody else staying.
It suits a family reunion, a milestone birthday, a multi-generation trip or a group of friends doing England properly, for a long weekend or a week.
